5 Ingredient Protein Bites

By Rachel
April 25, 2022

These 5 ingredient protein bites are super simple to make and are perfect for on the go. Quick oats, protein powder, honey, peanut butter, and mini chocolate chips make up these quick bites. I like to keep these on hand in the fridge for a quick sweet snack or as a good substitute to sugary store bought granola bars.

TOOLS I USED FOR THIS RECIPE:

  • Rubber Spatula – a must for any home baker! Perfect for scrapping the sides of a mixing bowl.
  • Mixing Bowls – a good mixing bowl is a must! I love a set of nesting bowls, ceramic is my favorite!
  • Portion Scoops – my go to for getting even sized scoops!
  • Glass Storage Container – perfect for storing these bites in the fridge! I prefer glass over plastic.
