These spiced herb roasted nuts are perfect for snacking! Mixed nuts tossed in a spicy herb and butter mix, roasted until fragrant. These would make great homemade gifts or leave a bowl out for guests to snack on. These can be customized by changing the spice level and using any mix of nuts you desire. Fresh herbs add a nice hearty contrast to the spice.

Mixed nuts tossed in a spice, salty, herb mix
Grocery List:
- Mixed Nuts (whole almonds, marcona almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, pecans, etc.)
- Unsalted Butter
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Cumin
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Chili Powder
- Garlic Powder


Spiced herb butter mix is quick to make.
Instructions for the spiced herb roasted nuts:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet, set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine the butter, fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, cumin, cayenne, and paprika. Heat over medium-low until melted.
In a mixing bowl combine the mixed nuts, pour the butter mixture over and toss until combined. Transfer onto the prepared baking sheet and smooth into an even layer.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through. After baking remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cool, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately or keep in an airtight container for up to a week!
Notes:
*Use any assortment of nuts you prefer, try to find unseasoned.

- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
