#ad Let’s make this cheesy skillet pepperoni pizza dip with help from @bushelboyfarms – hand-picked right here in Iowa at their high-tech greenhouses and available year-round at @hyvee! The perfect one pan appetizer for game day or really any gathering! Blistered tomatoes, topped with pizza sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepperoni. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and serve with warm baguette or chips for a snack everyone will love!

Ingredients:
* 2-3 @bushelboyfarms vine-ripe tomatoes, chopped
* 2 tbsp Olive oil
* 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
* Fresh cracked black pepper
* 3 sprigs Fresh thyme
* 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
* 6 oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese
* 8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
* 6 oz. Pepperoni
* Baguette or chips for dipping
* Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Add chopped tomatoes to an oven safe skillet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. Toss to combine and roast for 10-12 minutes until slightly blistered.
2. In a small mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese and mozzarella.
3. Remove tomatoes from the oven, top with pizza sauce and spread evenly. Dollop the cream cheese mixture evenly over the sauce. Top with cheddar cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 425 for another 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Serve with warm baguette or chips for dipping and garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy immediately.

#FarewayPartner Let’s head to @farewaystores for a weekly grocery haul! Pick up everything you need to make these sweet sriracha meatballs and have your meal prep done in no time.

Ingredients:
*4 cups cooked brown rice
For the meatballs:
*1 lb. Lean ground beef
*1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
*1 egg
*1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
*2-3 cloves garlic, minced
*1/2 red onion, finely diced
*1 tsp salt
*1 tsp black pepper
For the broccoli:
*1-1/2 lbs. broccoli, cut into florets
*3 tbsp olive oil
*1/2 tsp salt
*Fresh cracked black pepper
For the sauce:
*1/4 cup soy sauce
*2 tbsp sriracha
*3 tbsp honey
* 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
*1 tbsp garlic chili sauce
*Limes and green onion, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, red onion, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Using a portion scoop or measuring spoon, scoop about 1 oz. portions, roll into balls. You will get roughly 20, 1 oz. meatballs.
2. Transfer to the prepared cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside to cool.
3. On a large cookie sheet combine broccoli, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
4. In a small saucepan combine the soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic chili sauce, and minced ginger. Heat over medium high heat until warm and reduced, 5-8 minutes. Toss cooked meatballs in the glaze, reserve any extra glaze to spoon over bowls.
5. Evenly divide steamed brown rice into 5 meal prep containers. Evenly divide the roasted broccoli and glazed meatballs, spoon over any leftover glaze. Garnish with sliced green onions and lime wedges. Seal and store.
