Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread almonds out evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
Add cooled, roasted almonds, honey, and salt to a food process. Blend in 30 second intervals, scraping the sides each time. It will take a while for the almonds to process into a smooth butter. Keep blending in intervals to give your food processor a break and to scrape down the sides of the bowl. After about 15 minutes, the mixture should be creamy and smooth. Blend until desired consistency is reached,
Transfer into an airtight container and store in the fridge or at room temperature for up to a month.
