In a mixing bowl combine the protein powder, oats, and chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
In a microwave safe bowl combine honey and peanut butter. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, stir to combine.
Pour the peanut butter mix over the oat mixture. Mix until evenly combined, the mixture should clump together. Use a portion scoop or measuring spoon to scoop even sized bites, roll into circles. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!
