2cupsDry long grain rice, like basmati or jasmine rice, rinsed
2cupsWater
1tspKosher salt
1tbspUnsalted butter
Instructions
In the base of an instant pot or pressure cooker, combine the rice, water, salt, and butter. Stir to combine. Secure the lid onto the pressure cooker, turn on, select the "Pressure Cook" setting, set to "high pressure" for 10 minutes, and start.
Once the timer has expired allow the pressure to release naturally. The rice should be tender. Fluff with a work and serve immediately.
