8 oz.Cream cheese, softened
32 oz.Original Velveeta cheese, cubed
10.5 oz canChili with beans*
Chives, cilantro, or green onion for garnish
Corn chips for dipping
Instructions
In the bowl of a slow cooker, combine cream cheese, Velveeta, and chili. Stir to combine. Heat on high for 40-45 minutes, stirring frequently until smooth.*
Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with cilantro and green onions. Serve with corn chips or other favorite chips. Any leftover dip will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Notes
*If you do not want to serve the dip immediately or want to keep it warm for a few hours. Set on 'keep warm' setting and stir occasionally.
