Homemade ground chicken patties in the air fryer with a quick slaw

Buns of choice
For the slaw:
14oz.Bag, coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
1/2cupMayonnaise
2tbspApple cider vinegar
1tbspDijon mustard
1tspSalt
Fresh cracked black pepper
For the chicken patties:
1lb.Ground chicken
1cupPanko breadcrumbs
2Whole eggs
1tspDijon mustard
1tspWorcestershire sauce
2-3clovesGarlic, minced
1tspSalt
1tspBlack pepper
1tspGarlic powder
1tspOnion powder
1/2tspPaprika
Instructions
For the slaw:
In a large mixing bowl combine mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine. Add in coleslaw mixed and toss to combine.
For the chicken patties:
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Divide the mixture into 5 even portions, form into patties.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. with a cook time of 15 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken patties in an even layer*. Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping half way through. Patties are done once they are crispy and have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. - adjust cooking time as needed.
Toast buns. Serve chicken patties on toasted buns topped with slaw. Enjoy immediately or keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Notes
*All 5 patties should fit in the air fryer, if not, cook in batches.
