Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and line an 8"x8" baking pan with parchment paper, set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugars. Whisk until combined. Add in the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined, fold in the oats and raisins.
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.* Allow to cool on a wire rack completely before cutting. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
Notes
*You don't want to over bake these bars, start with less time and add more as needed. If the bars still seems jiggly in the middle bake for a few more minutes. *These can be made in a 9x13 pan, reduce baking time to 25-27 minutes.
