Baked Brie Crostini with Prosciutto and Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

Ingredients
1loafFrench bread or ciabattasliced thin
Olive oilfor drizzling
6oz.Sliced prosciutto
8oz.Jalapeno Pepper Jelly Dip
8oz.Brie cheesesliced thinly
Fresh thyme or basil for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange sliced bread in an even layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.
Spread each piece with a scoop Jalapeno Pepper-Jelly Dip & Spread, then add a slice of prosciutto and brie to each. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serve the crostini warm, garnished with fresh thyme or basil and extra Jalapeno Pepper-Jelly for dipping.
