12oz.Cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and roughly chopped
2-3Green onions, thinly sliced
1-2mediumJalapeños, finely diced
1tspRice wine vinegar
2tspSriracha
1tbspSoy sauce or coconut aminos
1tspKosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
1tspGarlic powder

Avocado oil or sesame oil
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, shrimp, green onions, jalapenos, soy sauce, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.
Spoon a teaspoon of filling onto each wrapper. Brush water around the edges of the wrapper, bring opposite corners together to form a triangle and pinch to seal. Place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each Rangoon with oil before baking.
Bake for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
