Chick-Fil-A Copycat Kale Crunch Salad with Dressing

Kale, cabbage, and almonds tossed in a homemade maple and brown mustard vinaigrette. I like add avocado slices, sesame seeds, and shaved parmesan for some extra flavor.

Ingredients
10cupKale, chopped and stemmed about 2 bunches
3cupsGreen cabbage, thinly shredded
3/4cupSalted almonds, chopped
1Avocado, sliced
½cupExtra virgin olive oil
3tbspApple cider vinegar
2tbspSpicy brown mustard
3tbspPure maple syrup
1tspGarlic powder
1tspKosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Shaved parmesan and sesame seedsfor garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine dressing.
In a large bowl combine shredded cabbage and kale. Drizzle in the vinaigrette and use your hands to massage the dressing in until the kale has reduced by half. Top with almonds, avocado, shredded parmesan, and sesame seeds. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
*The classic Chick-Fil-A is made up of kale, cabbage, almonds, and the vinaigrette. I like to add the extra toppings but they are not necessary!
