5 from 6 votes
Ground chicken is mixed with bread crumbs, seasonings, mustard, garlic, and fresh herbs to create a simple, flavorful burger patty. Air fried until golden brown on the outside and perfectly juicy on the inside. Serve on a toasted bun with a smear of your favorite sauce and any desired cheese or toppings.
Add the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mustard, parsley, garlic, and seasonings to a large mixing bowl, mix until evenly combined. Divide into 4 portions and roll into burger patties.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add in the chicken patties. Air fry for 13-15 minutes, flipping half way through. Patties are done once they are golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Serve immediately with your favorite buns and burger fixings.
Notes
*Leftover burgers can be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. *These are best served on a toasted bun with a smear of mayo, cheese, and burger toppings!
