Ingredients
14oz.Sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2cupsHeavy whipping cream
1/2cupBaileys Irish Cream
6oz.Chocolate chunks
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add in the heavy cream. Whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, 4-6 minutes. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and Baileys Irish Cream.
Fold in chocolate chunks, set some aside to sprinkle on top if desired. Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or other similar sized container. Top with extra chocolate chunks, cover, and freeze 4-6 hours until hard.
Scoop and enjoy. Leftover ice cream will keep covered in the freezer for up to 2 months.
