No Churn Bailey's Irish Cream Chocolate Ice Cream
Rich and creamy this boozy ice cream is loaded with chunks of chocolate and the perfect hint of Bailey's.
Equipment
- Electric hand or stand mixer
Ingredients
- 14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 6 oz. Chocolate chunks
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add in the heavy cream. Whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, 4-6 minutes. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and Baileys Irish Cream.
- Fold in chocolate chunks, set some aside to sprinkle on top if desired. Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or other similar sized container. Top with extra chocolate chunks, cover, and freeze 4-6 hours until hard.
- Scoop and enjoy. Leftover ice cream will keep covered in the freezer for up to 2 months.
