Toasty sourdough loaded with blueberry jam and Brie cheese

Ingredients
2tbspUnsalted butter, softened
2slicesSourdough bread
2tbspBlueberry Jam
2ounces Brie cheese, sliced thin
Honey, optional
Fresh thyme, optional
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Coat the outside of each slice of bread with butter. Spread the blueberry jam on the inside of one slice of bread. Place jam side up in the warm skillet. Layer on the sliced Brie and top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook until golden brown and melty, about 2 minutes per side. Adjust heat as needed. Remove from the skillet, top with a drizzle of honey and fresh thyme. Slice and enjoy immediately!
