Slice the Serrano's in half and remove the seeds, lay skin side up on a sheet pan. Turn your oven broiler on high and broil until the skin becomes charred, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Prepare the other ingredients, dice the roasted serrano's once cooled. In a large mixing bowl combine the avocado, onion, tomato, jalapeƱo, roasted serrano, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice, mix to combine. Season with salt and more lime juice if needed. Serve immediately!
