Fudgy brownies swirled with biscoff cookie butter and topped with biscoff cookies

Ingredients
1/2cupUnsalted butter, melted
1cupGranulated sugar
1tspVanilla extract
2Eggs, room temperature
1/2cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 cupUnsweetened cocoa powder
1/4tspBaking soda
1/4tspSalt
6oz.Biscoff cookie butter spread
8-10Biscoff cookies, to press on top
Instructions
Grease or line a 8x8 baking pan, set aside. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine the melted butter, sugar and vanilla, whisk well to combine. Add in the eggs on at a time.
Sift the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda into a small mixing bowl. Add into the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
Microwave the cookie butter for 10-15 seconds to soften. Pour or scoop on top of the brownie batter, use a toothpick or knife to swirl the cookie butter into the brownie batter. Top with biscoff cookies, pressing down gently so the cookies bake into the brownies.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
