These small batch chocolate chip cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with gooey chocolate chips, made with melted butter so no mixer needed! Made in one bowl with pantry staples and just the right amount of dough for two big bakery-style cookies (or 4 smaller ones).
Use a portion scoop or spoon to scoop two big cookies or 4 regular sized cookies, roll dough into a ball and place on a sheet pan, about 3" apart. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, if desired sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt, and allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Notes
*If the cookie spreads too much, use a round cookie cutter to gently scoot into a perfect circle while still warm.*Any type of chocolate will work in these cookies!
