3-4whole Garlic cloves, peeled
2tbspHoney
1/2tspSalt
Fresh ground black pepper
1/2tspRed pepper flakes
1Baguette, sliced thinly

Cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh thyme or basil
Hot honey, optional for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange baguette slices on a sheet pan, heavily drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes, flipping half way through.
In the bowl of a food processor combine the ricotta, garlic, honey, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Whip in 30 second intervals until the mixture is evenly combined.
Serve whipped ricotta over crostini with fresh peach slices and cherry tomatoes. Top with fresh herbs and a drizzle of hot honey. Enjoy immediately.
