Ingredients
8oz.Pepper jack cheese, cubed
12oz.Evaporated milk
4oz. Green chiles with liquid
8oz.White Velveeta cheese, cubed
1tspCumin
1/2tspChili powder
1/2tspOnion powder
1/2tspGarlic powder
1/2tsp Salt
Instructions
In the base of a crockpot, combine pepper jack, Velveeta, chiles, evaporated milk, and seasoning's. Stir to combine. Cook on high for 45-60 minutes stirring often until melted and smooth.
Serve immediately or set to 'keep warm' to keep dip soft. Store leftover dip in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
