Ingredients
2tbspOlive oil
1mediumYellow onion, finely diced
2-3clovesGarlic, minced
2tspKosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
1tspGarlic powder
1tspOnion powder
1lb.Ground turkey
12oz.Frozen mixed vegetables
1cupSour cream
110.5 ozcan Cream of mushroom soup
1/4cupWhole milk
1cupShredded mozzarella cheese
12oz.Frozen tater tots
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once warm add in onion and sauté until soft, 3-4 minutes. Add in garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Season.
Add in ground turkey and brown until cooked through. Mix in cream of mushroom, sour cream, milk, shredded cheese, and frozen vegetables. Mix to combine and spread evenly in the pan. Top with a single layer of frozen tater tots.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, if desired broil for an additional 3-4 minutes to brown tater tots. Serve immediately.
