First steps:

- Sour cream
- Cream of mushroom soup, could use cream of chicken soup or any condensed creamy soup
- Whole milk, could use heavy cream or skim milk
- Shredded mozzarella, could use shredded cheddar cheese
- Frozen mixed veggies, such as green beans, corn, or carrots
- Frozen tater tots. potato puffs, or breakfast potatoes

Second steps:
- Spread mixture out evenly
- Top with a single layer of tater tots
- Bake until warm and golden brown
Instructions for the easy tater tot casserole:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once warm add in onion and sauté until soft, 3-4 minutes. Add in garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Season.
- Add in ground turkey and brown until cooked through. Mix in cream of mushroom, sour cream, milk, shredded cheese, and frozen vegetables. Mix to combine and spread evenly in the pan. Top with a single layer of frozen tater tots.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, if desired broil for an additional 3-4 minutes to brown tater tots. Serve immediately.
*Leftover casserole can keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days
*You can always prepare the ground turkey mixture and transfer it to an oven safe baking dish
