Ingredients
1/2lb.Bacon
1cupSour cream
1/2cupMayonnaise
4oz.Cream cheesesoftened
1tspKosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
1/2cupShredded cheddar cheese
2-3largeGreen onionsthinly sliced
2-3Roma tomatoeschopped
Chips, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, layer the bacon slices on a large sheet pan and bake until crispy, 10-12 minutes. Once the bacon is done, remove from the oven, allow to cool, and chop into small pieces.

In a large mixing bowl combine sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and cheese. Mix until evenly combined. Fold in green onions, chopped bacon, and tomatoes.
