Garlicky Spinach and Artichoke Dip Pull Apart Sliders

Flavorful homemade spinach artichoke dip made with AE Dairy garlic sour cream dip is layered with cheese on sweet Hawaiian rolls and baked until gooey. Topped with a garlicky seasoned butter mixture.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, grease a baking dish and set aside. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
12 oz. Package sweet Hawaiian rolls
In a small mixing bowl combine the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder.
4-5 cloves Garlic, 1 tsp Red pepper flakes, 2 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Kosher salt , Fresh cracked black pepper , 1 tbsp Italian seasoning , 1 tsp Onion powder
In a large mixing bowl combine spinach, chopped artichokes, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, sour cream dip, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and half of the garlic seasoning mixture from above. Mix to combine.
10 oz. Frozen chopped spinach, 10 oz. jar Marinated artichokes, 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, 8 oz. AE Dairy garlic sour cream dip, 5 oz. Parmesan cheese, 4 oz. Cream cheese
Spread the spinach artichoke dip over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and top with the top of the buns.
Add the melted butter to the bowl with the remaining garlic seasoning blend, stir to combine. Pour evenly over the top of the rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until gooey.

Notes
*Jarred marinated artichokes add extra flavor but canned artichokes can be a substitute. *Make sure to thaw and squeeze out any extra moisture in the spinach, you can do this using a clean dish towel. You want to remove as much liquid from the spinach as possible so it doesn't make the sliders soggy while baking. *Any flavor of sour cream dip can be used or substitute plain sour cream.
