Crispy oven-fried potato wedges in a flavorful spice rub

Yukon gold potatoes, cut into wedges

Extra virgin olive oil

tsp
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper

Garlic powder

tsp
Onion powder

Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl combine potato wedges with oil and seasonings. Toss to combine.
Layer coated potatoes in a single layer on a sheet pan*. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender, flipping halfway through.
Serve immediately with dipping sauce of choice!
Notes
*It is important to lay potatoes out in a single layer or else they will not getas crispy.
