This fun Easter snack board showcases a cheese bunny (that is so easy to make), meats, fresh veggies, fruits, and crackers. Your guests will love this grazing board and it's great for kids and adults. See process shots above for help arranging your board.
On a large charcuterie board or serving tray form the bunny by arranging the two wheels of brie to form the body and head. Take the third wheel or brie and cut out two ears, discard the remaining middle portion.
3 8 oz. Brie cheese wheels
Place the ears on top of the bunny and use the mini Babybel rounds to create the feet and tail.

Begin to fill in the spaces around the bunny with meat, crackers, fruit, and veggies. Use mixed nuts or Easter candy to fill in any gaps. Continue into the board is full and covered.

Notes
*If you want to use a non food-safe serving tray, make sure to line it with parchment or wax paper first. *Substittue provolone cheese or Boursin rounds if you do not like brie. To use less brie, cut the rounds in half lengthwise to get two round from each wheel. This way you will only need two, not three brie's. Baby brie can be used for the bunny feet and tail or use a small round cutter to cut pieces out of a larger wheel.*Any assortment of meats, veggies, and fruits can be combined. Small item's like mixed nuts, olives, or candy can be used to fill in gaps.*Extra items like dips, bread, baked goods, deviled eggs, or antipasto can be added for more substance.
