This golden Oreo pie has a crunchy base made with crushed Oreo's and butter topped with a fluffy, custard-like filling made with cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar! Extra crushed Oreo's are folded into the filling and added on top for a fun look!
Place the Oreo's in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form, pour in the melted butter and pulse again until combined. Pour into a 9" springform pan and pack down using the bottle of a measuring cup or jar. Set aside.
12 oz. Golden Oreos, 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
For The Filling
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or using a hand mixer, whip cream cheese for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla, heavy cream, and powdered sugar.
8 oz. Cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups Powdered sugar, 1 tbsp Vanilla extract , 1 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
Fold in the cool whip until evenly combined and then fold in the chopped Oreo's. Transfer the mixture into the springform pan and spread evenly over the crust. Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours until set, if desired sprinkle a few crushed Oreo's on top before freezing.

For The Whipped Cream Topping - Optional
Once the pie has chilled, make the whip cream by adding heavy cream to a stand or hand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip on medium-high speed for 4-6 minutes or until stiff peaks begin to form. Mix in the vanilla and powdered sugar and whip again to combine.
1 cup Heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
Transfer whipped cream to a piping bag or spread onto pie with an offset spatula. Top the frozen Oreo pie with whipped cream and extra Oreo cookies, slice, and enjoy!
