Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread peanuts out evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
Add cooled, roasted peanuts, honey, and salt if using to a food process. Blend in 30 second intervals, scraping the sides each time. Keep blending in intervals to give your food processor a break and to scrape down the sides of the bowl. After about 5-7 minutes, the mixture should be creamy and smooth. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
Transfer into an airtight container and store in the fridge or at room temperature for up to a month.
