Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, sliced green onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Using a measuring spoon or a cookie scoop, scoop out even amounts of the mixture and shape with your hands. Place them on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking in a small saucepan combine the soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic chili sauce, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Heat over medium high heat until warm and reduced.
Once meatballs are done cooking, toss in the sauce and serve along with white rice, limes and green onions.
