Homemade turkey burgers on brioche buns with chipotle aioli, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Ingredients
2lbs.Ground turkey
2-3cloves Garlic, minced
1tbspSalt
Fresh cracked black pepper
1tbspGarlic powder
1tbspOnion powder
1tspPaprika
1/2tspChili powder
6Brioche bunstoasted
12Slices pepper jack cheese
Sliced tomato
Lettuce
Chipotle aiolistore-bought or homemade
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground turkey and seasonings. Mix well to combine, it is easiest to use your hands.
Portion into 6 servings and use your hands to form into patties. Heat a large non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat*. Gently sear the turkey burgers, 7-8 minutes per side or until they are golden brown*. Top each burger with cheese and allow to melt.
Serve on a toasted brioche bun with chipotle aioli, lettuce, and tomato. Leftover burgers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Notes
*The burgers can be pan fried or grilled as desired. *If patties are browned but not cooked through finish off in the oven or reduce heat, cover, and allow to finish cooking on the stove top. Ground turkey should reach an internal temperature of 165 before consuming.*If you want to freeze extra turkey burgers, follow recipe instructions and allow to cool completely after cooking. Transfer into an Ziploc bag and freeze for 1 month.
