Homemade beef meatballs over spaghetti and marinara sauce

Ingredients
1lb.Lean ground beef
1Whole egg
3/4cupPanko bread crumbs
1/2cupRicotta cheese
1cupRomano cheese, shredded
2tspKosher salt
1tspBlack pepper
2-3clovesGarlic, minced
2tspGarlic powder
1tspDried parsley
1tspDried basil
Cooked pasta of choice
Jarred marinara sauce
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, ricotta cheese, Romano cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, garlic powder, parsley and basil. Gently mix with your hands until evenly combined. Use a portion scoop to scoop 1 oz. meatballs*. Roll into balls and place evenly on a sheet pan, you will get about 25 meatballs.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 18-22 minutes until meatballs are cooked through. Serve meatballs over spaghetti and marinara sauce. Leftover meatballs can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
Notes
*Meatballs can be formed into any size, if you prefer larger meatballs, adjust baking time as needed.*Cooking time may need to be adjusted by the size of the meatballs, they should reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees F. before serving. *Meatballs can be stored uncooked in the freezer for up to 3 months.
