This cinnamon brown sugar iced coffee is the perfect morning or afternoon pick me up! Rich iced coffee and homemade cinnamon brown sugar simple syrup topped with milk or cream. Instructions for the cinnamon browns sugar iced coffee:

For the cinnamon brown sugar simple syrup:

  • In a small sauce pan combine the brown sugar and water, stir to combine. Add in cinnamon sticks. Heat over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and starts to bubble. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 4-5 more minutes until the mixture has thickened.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool, remove cinnamon sticks. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or mason jar, simple syrup will keep in the fridge for up to a month.

For the iced coffee:

  • In a glass combine ice, coffee, 1 tbsp simple syrup, stir to combine. Adjust sweetest as desired and top with milk or cream of choice.

  • 1 cup Water
  • 3-4 whole Cinnamon sticks
