For the cinnamon brown sugar simple syrup:
- In a small sauce pan combine the brown sugar and water, stir to combine. Add in cinnamon sticks. Heat over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and starts to bubble. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 4-5 more minutes until the mixture has thickened.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool, remove cinnamon sticks. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or mason jar, simple syrup will keep in the fridge for up to a month.
For the iced coffee:
- In a glass combine ice, coffee, 1 tbsp simple syrup, stir to combine. Adjust sweetest as desired and top with milk or cream of choice.
