- Vanilla bean ice cream: could substitute lemon or orange ice cream, vanilla bean is my favorite in this recipe.
- Unflavored Vodka of choice: any type of vodka will work or use orange vodka. whipped cream vodka, or vanilla vodka.
- Cream: any kind of cream or milk can be used such as heavy whipping cream, whole milk, unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, or 2% milk.

- Rubber Spatula – a must have! Easily combine the sherbet mixture with a rubber spatula. I like these because they don’t come apart so I don’t have to worry about water getting inside the spatula and causing mold.
- 72 oz. Blender – this is my favorite blender, I have had it for a couple years and it still preforms great. Not only is it affordable but the large, 72 oz. pitcher is great for large batches and crowds!

You sure can. If you want to make this a few hours or day in advance, simply make according to the recipe – then transfer to a popsicle mold or large ice cube mold and pop in the blender when ready to serve. You could also use mini disposable cups and mini popsicle sticks. Let the mixture harden and serve as an ice cream pop.
Can I make this drink without the alcohol?
