These chocolate almond date bites are a great quick snack. Dates, cocoa powder, almonds, coconut, and maple syrup make up this easy treat. Cocoa powder gives these bites a rich, chocolate like taste and the dates create a chewy consistency. I love these date bites because they are made of 5 simple ingredients and nothing extra, keep them in the fridge for up to a week for easy snacking.
TOOLS I USED FOR THIS RECIPE:
- Rubber Spatula – a must for any home baker! Perfect for scrapping the sides of a mixing bowl.
- Mixing Bowls – a good mixing bowl is a must! I love a set of nesting bowls, ceramic is my favorite!
- Portion Scoops – my go to for getting even sized scoops!
- Glass Storage Container – perfect for storing these bites in the fridge! I prefer glass over plastic.
