Grocery Store List & Substitutions:
- Diced chicken breast, or substitute leftover rotisserie chicken or any leftover cooked chicken, grilled chicken works as well
- Olive oil
- Green bell pepper or red bell pepper
- Roma tomatoes
- Red onion, could use yellow onion or white onion as well
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Cumin, could also substitute taco seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Chili powder
- Shredded cheddar cheese, or mozzarella cheese
