Easy 7 Ingredient Guacamole

This easy 7 ingredient guacamole is as easy as it gets. Perfect as a dip, spread, or appetizer! Customize this guacamole to your liking, add in roasted poblanos or jalapenos for some spice. Serve with chips, veggies, or use on sandwiches and tacos. You cant go wrong with a simple bowl of guacamole!

Instructions for the easy 7 ingredient guacamole:

  • In a large mixing bowl mash the avocados, add in the red onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and zest. Mix to combine. Season to taste with salt and serve immediately.

If desired mix in jalapeños or roasted poblano peppers!

  • 5-6 large Avocados, ripe
  • 1/2 Red onion, finely diced
  • 2-3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2-3 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
