  • Add tomatoes to a skillet and season

Instructions for the Skillet Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Dip:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Add chopped tomatoes to an oven safe skillet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. Toss to combine and roast for 10-12 minutes until slightly blistered.
  • In a small mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese and mozzarella.
  • Remove tomatoes from oven, top with pizza sauce and spread evenly. Dollop the cream cheese mixture evenly over the sauce. Top with cheddar cheese and pepperoni. bake at 425 for another 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with warm baguette or chips for dipping and garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy immediately.

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz. Pepperoni
  • Baguette or chips for dipping
  • Fresh herbs for garnish
