- In a large mixing bowl combine whipped cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, Microwave the mixture in 30 second increments, stirring each time until smooth (see notes below for heating tips)*.
- Once the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth, mix in the spices and green chilis. Fold to combine, transfer to a serving bowl and top with Pico De Gallo and any other desired toppings. Serve with chips and enjoy immediately.
Notes:
*If the cottage cheese is over heated it may cause the mixture to break. If that happens, it can be recombined in a food processor or blender until the desired consistency is reached. This could also be made in a food processor to start, then heated as desired.
*If you cannot find whipped cottage cheese, you can substitute regular cottage cheese and blend until smooth.

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine whipped cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, Microwave the mixture in 30 second increments, stirring each time until smooth (see notes below for heating tips)*.
