  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Spread the batter into the greased pan and sprinkle the crumble topping mixture over the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy.

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened

For the cake batter:

  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
