- Store-bought pita bread – White or whole wheat pita bread rounds (could substitute naan bread as well, sometimes you can find a bag of pita bread available at bakeries)
- Olive oil (could substitute sunflower oil or vegetable oil)
- Kosher salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- Seasonings like garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, red pepper flakes, or cayenne pepper

- Cut pita bread rounds
- Toss in oil & seasonings
- Air fry
- Enjoy!
Instructions for the pita chip recipe :
- In a large bowl combine the pita chips, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Preheat your air fryer using the “air fry” setting, at 400 degrees F for 4-5 minutes. Spray the basket with cooking spray, once preheated add in the seasoned pita triangles. Arrange in a single layer. Cook for 5-6 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through. Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
