Simple Glazed Carrots

These simple glazed carrots make the perfect quick and easy side dish. Sliced carrots coated in a brown sugar and honey glaze! Slicing the carrots thin and in uniform pieces ensure they cook quickly and evenly, you can also substitute baby carrots for this recipe. These simple glazed carrots come together in about 15 minutes and need just one pan, perfect for the holidays or other gatherings!

Grocery List:

  • Carrots (Whole or baby)
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Honey
  • Brown Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Thyme

Instructions for the simple glazed carrots:

In a large sauté pan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Once warm, add in the minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add in the carrots.

Reduce heat to medium, add in the honey and brown sugar, stir to combine. Allow to cool and thicken over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring often. Once carrots are tender ad the glaze has thickened, season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.

**You can also substitute baby carrots for this recipe
