Grocery List:
- Carrots (Whole or baby)
- Unsalted Butter
- Fresh Garlic
- Honey
- Brown Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Thyme


Instructions for the simple glazed carrots:
In a large sauté pan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Once warm, add in the minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add in the carrots.
Reduce heat to medium, add in the honey and brown sugar, stir to combine. Allow to cool and thicken over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring often. Once carrots are tender ad the glaze has thickened, season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
**You can also substitute baby carrots for this recipe

- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2-3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
