Rub the pork tenderloin with the garlic rub prior to baking

Instructions:
Orzo:
- Cook orzo according to package directions, allow to cool. In a mixing bowl combine the cooked orzo, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh herbs. Stir to combine.
Asparagus:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, place trimmed asparagus on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
Pork:
- In a small mixing bowl combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, and paprika. Rub evenly on the pork tenderloin. Place on a sheet pan and bake a 375 for 22-25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Once done, let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Evenly divide the orzo into five meal prep bowls. Top with roasted asparagus and sliced pork. Seal and store.

- 1 1/2 cups Dry orzo, cooked according to package instructions
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Fresh dill, parsley, and basil, chopped finely
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the asparagus:
- 2 lbs. Asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
For the pork:
- 1 – 1 1/2 lb. Pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion powder
